Green Chili Pork Stew

1 pound pork tenderloin (lean) cut into cubes1/4 cup flour1 teaspoon cumin1/4 teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon sodium free no salt1 teaspoon sage2 Tablespoons Olive Oil2 Tablespoons Vinegar2 large onions1 can small whole new potatoes1/2 cup salsa1 can chopped green chili's1 can diced tomatoes1 can chicken broth1 Tablespoon brown sugar
Place flour,cumin,pepper,salt & sage in plastic bag. Add chopped pork cubes and shake to coat. Brown pork in hot oil. Remove when browned ,put in crock pot.. Add vinegar to the skillet, scrape up brown bits. Vinegar will reduce. Add to pot.
Place onions,potatoes,salsa,chicken broth,diced tomatoes,chicken broth and brown sugar in crock pot with meat. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours. High 4 to 5 hours. Serves six. Serve with corn bread.

I added a can of diced jalapeņo & left out the potatoes. Cooked all day in the CrockPot. Hubby tasted before I got home from work & left me this note:"OMG! Wow!
