1# extra lean ground round1 30oz. bag shredded hash brown potatoes1 can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup chopped onions1/2 cup chopped green peppers1/4 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese2 Tbs. unsalted stick butter1 1/2 tsp. Famous Dave's Steak and Burger Seasoning
Break up ground round in sprayed pan and sprinkle seasoning over it. Brown ground round and saute onions and peppers in same pan after meat is no longer pink. Thaw hashbrowns in microwave until just thawed, not mushy. Mix together all ingredients except cheese and butter and pour into greased crockpot. Cut butter into thin "pats" and place on top of potato mixture. Sprinkle cheese over all. Cover and set low temp for about 2 hours.
