Ingredients
It wouldn't let me choose pounds. It is 1 pound chicken tenderloins. You can change the seasoning to suit your needs. I do not have a food processor, so I did not use one, I just mixed ingredients well and pounded the almonds to the needed fineness.Calories: 147Carbs: 4gFiber: 1gFat: 4gProtein: 21g
