4 oz beef strips1 cup beef broth fat free / low sodium1 small portibello mushroom1 cup broccoli1 cup cauliflower1/2 cup turnips1 tsp soy1 /2 tbsp hoisen sauce
Place beef strips and a 1/2 cup of beef broth in a skillet and cooked until desired wellness. Add vegatables and additional broth and cook approximately 15 minutes or until veggies are tender. Stir in the hoisen and soy sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Serve alone or over rice.
