Veggie Soup

Ingredients
6 cups beef broth or boillon1 cup sliced carrots3 cups diced red potatos2 cups chopped celery.
Directions
boil 6 cups water, add boillon to taste.

while water is heating, chop veggies.

Add veggies to the boiling boillon.

keep on medium to low heat until all the veggies are soft enough to eat.

serves 6 servings of 1 cup each.
