Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Almond Flour, .5 cupWheat Bran, 0.25 cupFlax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbspBaking Soda, .5 tspRegular Oats Cereal, 1.5 cup, dryCinnamon, ground, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tspEgg, fresh, 2 extra largeOlive Oil, 2 tbspSplenda Brown Sugar Blend, 2/3 cup packedUnsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.5 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Almond Extract, 1 tspMilk, nonfat, .5 cupWalnuts, 1 cup, choppedHershey’s Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 2/3 cup Zucchini, 0.5 cup, grated or banana, 0.5 cup
Directions
Mix first eight ingredients in medium mixing , mix bowl.
In a large mixing bowl, mix next seven ingredients with a mixer on medium speed.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients stirring until thoroughly mixed.
Stir in remaining ingredients (any of these last 3 ingredients can be eliminated if you prefer)

Drop tablespoon-sized mounds onto a greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Mounds should be at least 2 inched apart. Flatted mounds some with back of spoon sprayed with cooking spray to form cookie-shaped circles.

Bake approximately 14 minutes in 375 degree oven.

Store in airtight container.
