Sue-Lou Steak Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups assorted lettuce (Romaine, spinach & Arugula)1 large sliced English cucumber12 grape tomatos cut in half20 medum baby carrots1/4 cup chopped red onion6 oz grilled T-bone steak, chopped or cut in strips4 TBSP Blue cheese dressing
Directions
cut lettuce & veggies & arrange nicely on 2 plates.
Cut steak (re-warm a bit if desired) and arrange artfully on plates. Top with blue cheese dressing. Split all ingredients evenly.

Serving Size: Makes two lunch size helpings
