ham and cheese quiche - low carb - no crust

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 11 large (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 8 oz (remove)*Trader Joe's Unsweetened Soy Milk, 1.5 cup (remove)Ham, regular (11% fat), 3 cup, diced (remove)Salt, pepper, parsley, and garlic power
Directions
Cook ham over medium heat to remove some of the brine solution in the meat. Dice into cubes, divide portion, and place into pie plates, top with 1 cup of cheese.

Beat eggs and soymilk in a bowl. Divide between the two pans.

Bake at 375 F for 40 minutes.
