slow cooker thai chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken thighs1/2 c. salsa1/8 c almond butter1 tbs. lime juice1/2 tbs fish saice1/2 tsp gingeroot
Directions
Place chicken in in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low heat for 7 - 8 hours until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicke from cooker and plate. Skim fat from sauce and pour over chicken.
