Brown 1/2 lb lean ground beefAdd 1 large onion chopped into fairly large pieces and cook till tenderMeanwhile cook 1 box Zatarans Dirty Riceaccording to box directions and add to ground beef mixtureCook 1 cup brown rice till tender, drain and add to ground beef mixtureSeason with 1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 tsp oreganoHeat 2 cans of Hunts chopped tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic and serve over the top of the rice and hamburger mixture
