Clams, canned, meat only, .75 cup Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped baby spinach, 2.5 oz grapeseed oil, .5 tbsp (or olive oil) Garlic, 2 tsp Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 tbsp pasta, cooked spiral, 2.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 tbsp Cream of Mushroom Soup, 0.5 cup
cook pasta. spray just enough non stick spray to soften onion & garlic in pan. toss in the rest of the ingredients except cream, cream of mushroom, & Parmesan cheese. keep at low heat for a few minutes.. stir in cream, cheese, & mushroom soup. Leave on lowest heat setting for a few minutes.
