Ingredients
6 oz frozen raspberries1 scoop of whey powder1Tbs. milled flaxseed1 package of Splenda8 ice cubes1 cup water
Directions
1. Place fruit and water in blender, and blend until smooth.
2. Add Whey, Flaxseed and Splenda until well mixed.
3. Add ice cubes until you accomplish your desired thickness.
