Beef With Broccoli

1 lb round steak sliced3 Tbsps Soy Sauce1 Tbsp corn starch1 Tbsp Dry Sherry or Light Wine1 Tsp Splenda1/2 cup onion, slicedCooking spray1/2 Tsp Salt2 cups Broccoli, cut into flowerets & stalks 2" long
Cut beef 1/4" x 2".
Mix sliced beef, soy sauce, corn starch, sherry & splenda. Set aside.
Cut broccoli floweretes and stalks, 2" long and less than 1/2" thick.
Spray wok. Add salt & broccoli. Stir until broccoli is dark geen, 2 minutes max. Remove & set aside.
Spray wok. Add onion slices. Stir in beef mixture. Stir until almost cooked, 2 minutes max.
Mix in broccoli. Serve immediately.
