Rawkin Creamy Portabella Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
2 small portabella mushroom caps (approx. 2 cups rough dice)*1/2 avocado1 Tbsp. light unpasteurized miso 2 cups water*You can use any type of mushroom including white but flavor will not be as intense as a portabella
Directions
Real simple. Throw everything into your blender. Whirl away till it reaches your desired consistency.

It is a nice thick soup. Should you want to thin it out a little only add 1/2 cup water, still very good but I liked it better thicker.
