Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients
4 tilapia fillets1/2 cup whole wheat saltines, crushed1 tbsp olive oilgarlic pepper seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Place fish in baking dish coated with cooking spray. Season fillets with seasoning, drizzle with olive oil, and place crushed cracker crumbs over fish. Drizzle with leftover oil.

Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until done.
