Low Carb Spinach & Feta Egg bake

Ingredients
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted1/4 cup soy flour3/4 cup heavy cream8 lg eggs1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated1 10oz package frozen spinach, thawed8oz feta cheese, crumbledMix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Pour ingredients in a 13X9X2 inch prepared baking pan.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Spray a 13X9X2 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 45 mintues or until set and brown on top.
