Strawberry Cups

Ingredients
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips1 tbs shortening1 pint strawberries1 cup heavy or whipping cream1/3 cup powdered sugar1/4 teaspoon of knox unflavored gelatinFoil Cups sprayed lightly with PAM or other cooking spray.
Directions
1. Melt chocolate chips and shortening in microwave (follow melting instructions on chocolate chip bag)
2. Lift foil cups and tilt while drizzling chocolate to coat inside of cups. Refrigerate until firm (at least 30 minutes). Refrigerating in muffin tins helps to keep the shape of the cup.
3. Wash and cut out the middle the strawberries while the cups are cooling. Slice strawberries.
4. With cold hands, remove 1 cup at a time from the refridgerator and remove the foil cup. Put the chocolate cup back onto a refrigerated plate and start the next cup.
5. Whip the cream with the gelatin and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. with a rubber spatula, gently fold the strawberries into the chocolate cups.
6. Enjoy!
