Homemade Granola

Ingredients
5 cups old fashioned oatmeal1 cup wheat germ1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup flaked coconut1 cup sliced almonds3/4 teaspoon cinnamon2/3 cup canola oil1 cup honey
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add oil & honey then mix well. (Measure oil first, then honey is easier to get out of measuring cup.) Spread into 2 large flat sheet cake pans. Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes, till golden brown. Spread out to cool. Store in tightly closed glass jars or canisters.
