Crock Pot Chicken Vegetable Rice Soup

Ingredients
2 chicken breast1 can of black beans rinsed1 green bell pepper (finely diced)1 red bell pepper (finely diced)1 onion (finely diced)2 diced tomatoes1 can of tomato sauce1 cup of cut green beans1 zucchini finely diced1 cup of diced carrotsChicken bouillon to taste6 cups of water2 cups of cooked white rice
Directions
Place all ingredients (Except rice) in crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. At about an hour before eating add cooked rice and shred chicken.
