Pasta and Chick Pea Salad With Goat Cheese

Ingredients
*Barilla - Whole Grain Pasta, Medium Shells, 112 gram(s)* Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped* Goat Cheese, Soft, 4 oz, crumbled* Garbanzos/Chick Peas - Bush's Canned, 1.75 cup* Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp* Lemon juice, 3 tbsp* Garlic, 2 cloves* Hearts of Palm, 3 pieces* Fresh Dill, 1/4 cup* Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
Directions
Cook pasta according to package. Drain and rinse with cool water.

Combine pasta, onions, chick peas, and dill in large bowl and toss.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic and salt. Stir with a whisk. Drizzle over pasta mixture and gently toss to coat.

Crumble goat cheese and sliced palm hearts over salad. Serve over lettuce leaves.
