French Fries (Almost)

Ingredients
Butternut Squash, washed and unpeeled, cut into stripsOlive Oil Pepper (red or black, I prefer red)
Directions
Wash butternut squash well and cut up just like french fries. I like mine thin and a little crispy. Lightly spray with olive oil, then sprinkle with pepper. If you don't have a sprayer, put fries in bowl and add 1/2 to 1 tsp. olive oil and pepper of choice and toss until all are coated. Arrange in a single layer on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper to prevent sticking. I usually make one serving at a time, about the size of an order of french fries you get in a restaurant. Bake at 425 until they are as crispy as you want them.
