Ingredients
2 medium red potatoes.5 tsp cayenne pepper.5 tsp black peppersalt to taste
Directions
Cut potatoes into shoe strings. Toss with olive oil, then seasonings. Bake at 400 for approx 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of fries.
