Sugar-Free, Low-Carb Banana Bread

Ingredients
just under 1 tsp KAL Stevia Pure (or amount to suit your taste)1/3 cup butter1 egg2 egg whites1 tsp baking soda3/4 cup almond flour3/4 cup coconut flour3/4 tsp vinegaralmond milk, unsweetened, 9 Tbl or amount to reach desired moisture consistency3 ripe bananas, mashed
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Mix stevia and melted butter. Add eggs and mix well. Sift in flours and baking soda and stir. Mix milk and vinegar in a separate bowl then add to the flour mixture. MIx well. If more milk is needed, add it now. Fold in mashed bananas. Put in greased, 9x5 loaf pan. Start cooking time at 45 minutes and check to make sure a knife comes out clean.

    This bread came out good but a bit too crumbly for my liking. the taste was excellent but I couldn't spread cream cheese on it, I had to eat it in peices...still very tasty, but I like my BB with cream cheese! - 6/24/12
