Tofu Shirataki Lasagna

Ingredients
*House Food Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine Noodles, 16 oz *Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato with Garlic (14.5 oz Can), 2 servingMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 6 ozRicotta Cheese, part skim milk, .75 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
Directions
Mix cheeses together. Rinse noodles well. Add 1/2 noodles to casserole dish. Add 1/2 can of tomatoes. Add cheese mixture. Add rest of noodles. Top with the rest of the tomatoes.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
