Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Chicken, canned, Great Value, 142g, 2/3 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded White Rice, cooked, medium grain, .75 cup Diced Tomatoes w/ Garlic and Olive Oil, 1 cup Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .3 cup, shredded
Directions
Mix ingredients, except last 1/3 cup cheese, together and place in loaf pan, 4x9, top with 1/3 cup cheese. bake for approx 20 mins @ 300, another 5 mins at about 400 to brown top.
