Bolognaise Sauce made with Sainsbury's Extra Lean Steak Mince

Ingredients
*Sainsbury's extra lean steak mince, 500 gram(s) *Tesco chopped tinned tomatoes 1 Tin *Cento Tomato Puree, 2 tblspsOnion, raw 1 Large - choppedMushrooms Large Flat 100g Sliced*Garlic 2 Cloves roughly crushed*carrot, 1 raw (7-8" long), GratedCelery, raw, 2 stalk, small (5" long) Finely slicedOregano, dried, 1 tsp (remove)*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Red Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) (optional) deduct 72.4 calories if you do not use in recipe.
Directions
Fry the meat, onions, celery, garlic and carrot in a large frying pan using the olive oil. Once the neat is browned off add the oregano, carrot and mushrooms and fry for a further 5 mins over a gentle heat. Add the tomato puree, chopped tomatoes and wine - stir mixture well and leave on a low to medium heat for 45 to 60 mins.
