Ingredients
1.5 cup whole oats10 egg whites3/4 cup Fage 0% Total Yogurt3/4 cup non fat cottage cheese1 tsp vanilla extract1 banana (optional)sprinke of cinnamon (optional)
Directions
In a blender, blend whole oats into a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Cook on a non-stick skillet the way you would cook normal pancakes.

Serving Size: 15 pancakes 6 inches in diameter.
