Lighter cream cheese mashed potatoes

Ingredients
5 lbs. potatoes8 oz. cream cheese1 c. non-fat milk1 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. seasoned salt1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Cut potatoes into large dice (about 20-24 per ½ lb potato). Cover with water in a pot, add salt, then bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer for 15-20 minutes, until fork tender.

Beat cooked potatoes in mixer or mash with masher. Add remaining ingredients. Beat/mash until thoroughly mixed.
