2 eggs1 c. milk1 c. cheese3/4 c. Italian style bread crumbs1 tsp oregano1 tsp onion powder3 garlic cloves, minced1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper2 lbs lean ground beefTopping:Ketchup, mustard and about 9 tsp Splenda Sugar Free Brown Sugar
Add all ingredients and mix well. Use your hands - it mixes a lot easier! Roll into desired size ball and place in either a muffin pan or baking pan. Top with the sauce mixture just enough to barely cover the top of the ball. Cook at 350 for 45 mins or until done. These are ideal for freezing for a quick on-the-go meal!
