Twice Baked Potatos

Ingredients
4 medium potatos1/2 c fat free sour cream1/2 c chicken broth1 garlic clove, minced1/4 c fat free cheddar cheese
Directions
Bake 4 medium size potatos until tender.

Let cool until touchable, cut potatos in half and scoop contents into a bowl.

Mix potatos, garlic, sour cream, and broth.

Scoop mixture back into potato shells and sprinkle cheese on top.

Place back into oven for approx 15 mins or until warmed throughout.
