Chicken Salad Tostadas

Ingredients
6 Frozen Chicken Breasts1 Cup Frozen Peas1 Cup Corn1 Cup Fat Free MayoDash of Onion PowderSaltPepper2 Tostada Shells per serving
Directions
Boil chicken breasts until done.

Shred the chicken in a large bowl. Add mayo, salt, pepper, and onion powder and mix all ingredients together well. Warm the peas and corn up in the microwave and then add to the chicken mixture.

Spread over hard tostada shells

If you have enough calories to spare, you can also add avacado to the top of the tostada to add some additional taste which makes it delicious!!! Mmmm Mmmm Good!!!!

    There must be a typo as it says 6 chicken breasts...obviously that wouldn't be for one serving so it must be 1 chicken breast? Sounds good though so will definately try it. - 2/27/08
