Sue's Hot Cocoa

Ingredients
2 cups - 1/2% milk4 tbsp cocoa4 tbsp Splenda (or equivalent)
Directions
Combine cocoa and sugar substitute in a 2 cup mug. Microwave milk for 3 minutes. Take out of microwave and run spoon over the surface of the milk to remove the skin. Pour 2/3 of milk in mug and stir well to mix. When well mixed, add the remainder of the milk and stir to blend.

Serving Size: Makes 2 cups of rich hot chocolate
