2 small to medium bananas1/2 large can of pineapple rings and some of the juice(more or less to your liking)16 oz bag of frozen mixed berries
Put all ingredients in blender and blend to consistency of your liking. If you aren't using a lot of canned pineapple or juice you can microwave the frozen fruit for about 1 minute so some of the juices start to come out and then you don't any other liquid for blending.
Serving Size: Makes 3 servings, about 8 oz each.
