Hubby's Scrambled Eggs & Ham with Onions and Red Peppers

Ingredients
1 C. Diced Ham1/2 Red Bell Pepper Diced1/2 Small Onion Diced1.5 T. Country Crock6 Extra Large Eggs1/4 C. 1% Milkdash of saltdash of pepper
Directions
whisk milk and eggs together in a bowl and add a dash of salt and pepper

Heat a med. skillet and add 1T. country crock, onions, and peppers. Saute for 2 min and add ham. Saute another 2 min and add remaining country crock. Add eggs and cook until desired consistency
