Pumpkin Pie Filling using Whey Low Sugar

Ingredients
3/4 c. Whey Low Sugar Substitute1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. ground cloves1 can (15 oz.) Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin1 tsp. ground cinnamon1/2 tsp. ground ginger2 large eggs1 can (12 oz.) Lowfat 2% Evaporated Milk
Directions
Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake 425 for 15 min and 325 for 40-50 min.
