Ingredients
Barilla Plus Angel Hair, cooked and drained, 1 lbTahini, 2 TbspSesame Oil, 2 TbspCayenne Pepper, 1 tspGround Ginger, 1 tspLite Soy Sauce, 4 TbspGarlic, 2 cloves, mincedCarrot, 1 large, peeled & shredded
Directions
Makes 8 servings
Cook pasta, rinse in cold water, drain well. Mix tahini, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, cayenne pepper and ginger together. Toss well drained pasta with dressing to coat. Add shredded carrot and mix well. Serve cold or room temperature.
