6 15.5 oz can (approx. 9 cups) black beans, reduced sodium, rinsed1 1/2 medium onion coarsly chopped1 cup water3 tblsp garlic, minced6 tblsp Lea & Perrins Worchestershire sauce
Rinse & drain beans. in 2 quart skillet, heat 1 tblsp. olive oil. Cook and stir onion and garlic until onions are tender-crisp. Add beans, 1 cup of water and the worchestershire sauce. cook and stir until beans are desired tenderness.
