Roasted Romanesco

Ingredients
1 medium head fresh Romanesco, cleaned & chopped in to bite-size florets5 medium cloves garlic, diced1/8 cup olive oilSalt & Pepper1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese or other shredded italian cheese blend (I use Trader Giotto's Quattro Formaggio blend)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F degrees. In a bowl toss romanesco, garlic, olive oil and salt & pepper, then roast on a baking sheet for about 15 minutes or until just tender. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake for a few minutes more until cheese is melted and browned.
