Pureed Turkey Vegetable Soup

1 LB Lean Ground Turkey1 C. Chopped Onion3 C. Sliced Carrots1 C. Sliced Celery2 C. Chopped Cabbage1 C. Chopped Green Bell Pepper1 C. Chopped Red Bell Pepper2 C. Sliced Zucchini1 C. Chopped Fresh Parsley10 C. Canned Diced Tomatoes32 oz. Chicken Broth1 tsp. Garlic Powder1 Tbsp. Dried Basil1 Tbsp. Sea Salt1 tsp. Black Pepper
1. In a small skillet, crumble and cook ground turkey with chopped onion, garlic powder, basil, salt and pepper.
2. In a large soup kettle, combine remaining incredients and cook until vegetables are soft adding water as necessary.
3. Place cooked vegetables in blender in small batches and puree.
4. Combine pureed vegetables with ground turkey in soup kettle and re-heat.
Makes Approx. 10 2-cup servings.
