Chicken Bean Burritos

Ingredients
1 can chicken breast chunks1 cup chopped bell peppers1/2 cup chopped onions1 can kidney beans1 1/4 cup low fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese10 whole wheat -low carb La Tortilla Factory tortillas
Directions
spray small fry pan with veg. spray. Cook onions and peppers for about 8 minutes til softened slightly. Add 1 can chicken and 1 can kidney beans and heat until hot. Warm tortilla in microwave 15 seconds in a damp paper towel. Add 1/8 cup low fat shredded sharp cheese onto tortilla shell and then scoop chicken mixture on top of cheese so the cheese starts to melt. Roll up and enjoy! Also good with hot sauce or salsa!
