Breaded Fried Pollock Fillets

Ingredients
8 oz Pollock Fillets3 tbsp New Orleans style fish fry1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 lemon wedges (about 1/2 oz juice)
Directions
Put fish fry in shallow bowl and roll fillets to coat. Heat oil in pan and add fish. Cook about 5 minutes on each side or until fish is flaky and batter is browned. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
