Ingredients
celery - 2 stalksred onion - 1/2 yellow onion - 1/2green pepper - 1red pepper - 1zucchini - 1olive oil - 3 tbsrutabaga - 1vegetable broth - 32 oz.cod - 2 lbsshrimp - 1 lbsmall bay scallops - 1/2 lbdiced tomatoes with green chilis 1 candash of each: cumin, bay seasoning, pepper, oregano
Directions
Saute celery, peppers, onion and zucchini in olive oil until almost tender. Add cod, tomatoes, and spices to taste. Cook about 5 minutes then add vegetable broth, rutabaga, shrimp and scallops.
