Ellie's Citrus Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts chopped into bite size pieces2 tbsp olive oil1 garlic clove1/4 cup orange juice1 lemonMontreal chicken spice to taste
Directions
heat olive oil in the frying pan, add garlic then add the chicken season with montreal chicken spice to your liking. Fry until lightly browned. Add orange juice. Grate lemon rind into the pan, cut the lemon in half and sqeeze in the juice. Cook until the liquid becomes caramelzed.
Cut up lettuce, papya, and mango enough for 2 servings. Once chicken is cooked divide in half and place on top of the salad. Garnish with dressing of choice ansd serve!!
