Healthy Beet Soup

Ingredients
20 oz of Beets, fresh2 cans of Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free1 pound of Carrots, raw1 pound of Parsnips1 purple onion1 package of fresh bay leaves2 TSP of Balsamic vinger 1 tsp of celery salt1 cup water - more of less to get desired thickness.
Directions
Peal and cut veggies into stock pot with chicken broth.
Bring to a boil and added vinger and celery salt, reduce heat and cook til all veggies are very tender.
Let cool and then blend while adding water slowly to get desired thickness.
Warm to eat!
