Healthy Strawberry "Daiquiri" Smoothie

Ingredients
2 fresh beets (I was actually able to find some honey & ginger marinated beets at Whole Foods which I used. Delicious!)1/4C Bolthouse Farm 100% Carrot Juice7 fresh strawberries with the tops removed3 large cherry tomatoes (maybe 4 if they're smaller)Juice of 1/2 of a lime1 medium kiwi fruit with the skin removed
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the blender, and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Serving Size: Makes 1 large smoothie
