Shrimp & Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 T. canola oil2 c broccoli, chopped2 c cauliflower, chopped2 stalks celery, chopped1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced10 oz frozen shrimp1/4 c almonds1 T soy sauce1/3 c chow mein noodles
Directions
Heat oil in wok, then add all veggies except sprouts.
Cook about 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce and any spices you'd like.
Defrost shrimp under cold running water.
Add almonds, shrimp and sprouts.
Cook about 5 min.
