Broccoli, Snow Peas and Beef

Ingredients
12 oz lean top round steak, thin sliced across the grain10 oz fresh chopped broccoli5 oz fresh snow peas1 c fresh sliced mushrooms1/2 c fresh bean sprouts2 cloves garlic1T olive oil or sesame oil1/4 light soy sauce1 tsp brown sugar1/2T rice wine vinegar
Directions
Mix together soy, brown sugar and vinegar set aside.
Heat oil in wok or large deep skillet. Add meat stir fry about 3 minutes with the garlic. Add mushrooms stir about 3 minutes and broccoli cook about 4 minutes and snow peas toss for about 3 minutes pour in soy mixture stir about 2 minutes and serve over brown rice or brown wild rice mix.
