Chicken & Veggie Rice w/Italian Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup raw Brown Rice2 cup Chicken Broth1/2 pack of frozen California veggies 2-4 tbsp of Balsamic or Italian dressing
Directions
Bring chicken broth to a boil add rice. Cook for 45 minutes.
Add frozen veggies to rice and cook another 5 minutes
Add 2 - 4 tbsp of dressing

Serve with chicken or pork.
