Chicken with white wine sauce and mushrooms

Ingredients
Dry ingredients3-4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless3 tbsp. butter, to fry chicken1 can cream of mushroom soup2 cups fresh mushrooms1 cup cooking white wine or apple juice4 cloves garlic
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients to make chicken coating.
Dip chicken into the egg and coat in mixture.
Fry in butter or oil to brown. Put the chicken into greased casserole dish.
Mix soup, mushrooms (cut into pieces), wine, and garlic and pour over chicken.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour (COVERED).
Serve over cooked pasta.
