Tasty Healthy Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 package Jennie-O Ground Lean Turkey1/2 Cup Ryvita Sesame Rye crispbread crumbs1/2 packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix1/2 cup chopped Broccoli1/4 cup egg whites1/4 cup No Salt added Ketchup1/3 cup of water
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 deg F.

Crush 3 Ryvita Sesame Rye crispbread crackers into crumbs. should equal aprox. 1/2 a cup of crumbs.

Chop just the crowns of broccoli (the flowery part) finely. equal to aprox. 1/2 a cup

Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together. form into a loaf. I put mine in a bread pyrex and spritzed with olive oil cooking spray to keep from sticking.


Bake for 45mins to 1 hour. let sit for 10 mins before serving.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings. (aprox. 8 1" slices)
